FlexStrap is ideal for treating chronic back & hip pain, sciatica, poor posture, pinched nerves, herniated discs, spondylosis, & limited mobility. Back pain is complex, and spinal health is an ongoing, lifelong process. Do some people experience dramatic results? Yes, they do. Does everyone fix their spine in two weeks? No, but most are extremely positive about their experiences and progress.
Why does my back hurt?
Why does my back hurt?
Most back pain occurs due to lack of use (weakness / stiffness), causing tightness in your glutes hamstrings and hip flexors- which are connected to your back and hips. When these muscles become tight, they become shortened. This shortening pulls your pelvis into a tilt, which worsens your posture and adds strain to your lower back.bThe cruel joke here is the #1 tool you have to heal your spine is exactly what you’ve stopped doing – moving! Movement is medicine, remember?
